An extrovert by nature, Kristin enjoys working with people. Previously, Kristin has counseled patients about nutrition, worked in sales, tutored young adults to pass their High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) exams, and was a job developer for people with disabilities for the

State of Wisconsin.

in-person networking.

With a background in dietetics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison (Bachelor of Science), her industry specialties include healthcare/medical, biotech, education, and public policy.

Awarded Best Creative Resume, 2nd place, in 2012 and Best Healthcare/Medical Resume, 2nd place, in 2014 by Career Directors International for the Toast of the Resume Industry awards, Kristin has been recognized by her peers as a

top-notch writer.

In 2023, Kristin relocated back to her hometown of Green Bay, Wisconsin, to be closer to her parents, family, and friends. As an Ashwaubenon High School, class of 1989 graduate (Go Jags!), she enjoys walking over to the Downtown Farmer’s Market in the summer, bundling up for long walks along the trails in Northeastern Wisconsin in the winter, and connecting with friends. She looks forward to volunteering more for the Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, an organization that her mother helped create.

Community involvement is important to Kristin. With only one person running for city council in her Madison, WI, district in 2019, she believed the public deserved a choice and volunteered to campaign for public office. Earning endorsements from prominent politicians and organizations, including the Dane County Democratic Party, Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, The Capital Times, and South Central Federation of Labor, she received 1,890 votes (44.6%). Although not enough to win the seat, her candidacy inspired in-depth conversations about community priorities and the role of diversity in public policy.

Kristin brings this same dedication to service to her work with job seekers. Her unconventional yet successful career path has inspired her to help others navigate their own career transitions. Whether writing stand-out career documents or coaching through a difficult job transition, she is an enthusiastic resource to job seekers who are looking for their next stage of success at work.
